Website and Web Application Collections in Miami

Record the web content and application interactions that matter to your dispute. Agree on the pages, account access, dates and capture conditions before a changing website becomes harder to explain.

Record a Changing Website Before the Record Moves On

A disputed booking page, online offer, portal or web application may change while the matter is being scoped. Tell us which page or interaction matters and whether it is public or behind a login. We help define a repeatable capture and the separate records needed to explain the transaction or event.

Public Websites and Authorized Web Applications

The agreed scope can include rendered pages, relevant linked resources, visible files, navigation steps and permitted application interactions. Dynamic content may depend on the account, browser, viewport, location or time of access. We document relevant conditions and any incomplete or inaccessible elements.

For authenticated content, the account owner and counsel must approve access and boundaries. We do not bypass access controls. Forms, checkout flows or account actions that could create a transaction or change data require an agreed protocol rather than casual browsing.

Explain What the Capture Represents

A screenshot records a view. A broader collection may also retain page resources, available metadata, relevant URLs, the capture time and a description of the steps taken. The method is selected for the question and documented so another reader can understand what was observed.

A captured front end does not establish that the entire database, application code, audit trail or historical site was collected. Server records, CMS history, source code and transaction data are separate sources requiring authority and a defined technical scope. Historical content is only available if a retained source exists.

Keep the Observation and Handling Record Together

Deliverables can include the agreed captures or files, a URL inventory, capture notes, time basis, supported integrity values and an exception record. We identify login conditions and interaction steps without putting passwords, session tokens or authentication material into a public report.

If your question concerns authorship, application behavior or who changed a record, discuss the additional examination with the team. Collection preserves available observations; it does not itself prove who made a change or what every visitor saw.

Choose the Supporting Sources Early

A website-facing issue may also require a hosting provider, outside developer or SaaS administrator. Identify who controls the application, its logs and its retained versions before those records rotate. eDiscovery Collections addresses authorized computer, server and cloud sources. Social Media Collections covers platform posts and messaging; eDiscovery Review Platform connects suitable collected files to document review.

Prepare for the Scoping Call

Bring the information below. Do not send passwords, recovery keys, authentication codes or evidence through the public form.

Which URLs and actions matter?

List the pages, downloads, account views or workflow steps, when you observed them and what needs to be preserved.

Who controls access and the underlying records?

Identify the website owner, host, CMS or application administrator and any approved account. Do not send credentials through the form.

What must the capture demonstrate?

Describe the disputed representation or behavior, device or browser context if relevant, deadlines and any limits on interacting with the site.
